Brandy Cobbler

8 oz glass half full of ice

1 Teaspoon of Powdered White Sugar

1 Jigger of Brandy

Pour the sugar and then the Brandy over ice into a Highball Glass or a Collins Glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Gin or Whiskey Cobblers

Same as the above Brandy Cobbler recipe; substitute Gin or Whiskey for the Brandy.

As for the garnishes...Try a slice of lime for the Gin Cobbler and a Maraschino Cherry for the Whiskey Cobbler.
