Frappe

1 oz Cherry Brandy or your favourite Liqueur

Pour over crushed or shaved ice, (a ice crusher or blender is ideal for this), into a Cocktail Glass.

Notes: This is fun and nice cocktail for a hot summer day; it reminds me of snow cones; only for adults.

Instead of using Cherry Brandy you can substitute with just about any other liqueur. Try using Kahlua, Tia Maria, Triple Sec, or Peppermint Schnapps.
