Strawberry Kamikaze

  • 1 1/4 oz Strawberry-infused Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Whole, Fresh Strawberry
  • Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice all of the ingredients except the whole berry. Strain into a Cocktail Glass. Float the whole berry or slice it in half.

Drink Notes: 1. Cointreau can be substituted with any Triple Sec liqueur.

2. Strawberry-infused vodka is created by soaking 10-15 strawberries, sliced in half, in a decanter of vodka for at least three days. However, you may prefer to use a commercial infusion from Smirnoff or Stolichnaya.
