Icewine Martini

3 oz premium Vodka

1/2 oz Icewine (Mission Hill Riesling Icewine is a good choice)

Add the ingredients to a steel cocktail shaker with ice; gently shake and strain into a Martini Glass, preferably chilled. Garnish with a frozen grape.

Drink Note 1: This is a premium Martini and deserves premium vodka and premium icewine.

Drink Note 2: Instead of gently shaking the ingredients try stirring them gently in the cocktail shaker.
