Notes on Shooters:

Layering: Many of the shooter recipes call for layering the liqueurs. The simplest way that I've found to do this is by pouring the liqueur on the back of spoon and into the glass. Also note that the reason why you need to layer the liqueurs in a certain order is to keep the liqueurs from muddying as well as for esthetics.
