Pousse Cafe Shooter

  • 1/6 oz Grenadine
  • 1/6 oz Creme De Menthe
  • 1/6 oz Creme De Cacao
  • 1/6 oz Chartreuse Yellow
  • 1/6 oz Chartreuse Green
  • 1/6 oz Brandy
  • Layer into a liqueur glass (aka: cordial, shooter or pony glass) in that order.

Notes: The Pousse Cafe is one of those shooters where layering is essential. The Grenadine is poured in first and the Brandy is floated on the top last. Layer the liqueurs by gently pouring them over the back of a bar spoon and into the cordial glass.
