Irish Coffee (version 1)

  • 1 oz Irish Whisky
  • 5 oz Hot Black Coffee
  • Take a Brandy Snifter, or a glass Irish Whisky mug and dip the glass rim with lemon and then rim with sugar. (You'll end up with a nice sugary glass rim)
  • Pour the Irish Whisky into the glass and then the coffee.
  • Finally, Garnish with a good topping of whipped cream and add a cherry on top.

Irish Coffee (version 2)

  • 1 oz Irish Whisky
  • 5 oz Hot Black Coffee
  • 1/4 oz of Irish Mist
  • Take a Brandy Snifter, or a glass Irish Whisky mug and dip the glass rim with lemon and then rim with sugar. (You'll end up with a nice sugary glass rim)
  • Pour the Irish Whisky into the glass then the coffee and lastly the Irish Mist.
  • Finally, Garnish with a good topping of whipped cream and add a cherry on top.
